Deus Ex: Mankind Divided release date announced, along with some story DLC

Square Enix, publisher of the upcoming Deus Ex: Mankind Divided revealed today that the game is set for a February 23rd, 2016 launch.

The date was in tandem with another announcement: preorder bonus DLC. You’ll be able to choose your bonuses, which come in a “tier” format, as well as receiving the game for your platform of choice four days before the launch date. Now, the DLC is going to be expanded upon, so stay tuned, as the below bonuses may change.

Mankind Divided, the direct sequel to 2011’s Human Revolution, the return to the long-dormant Deus Ex franchise was announced way back in April with a CG trailer and a Game Informer cover story. The game is at development at Eidos Montreal for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC and runs on an in-house engine called Dawn Engine. The game takes place in 2029, continuing Adam Jensen’s story from Human Revolution.
